Basic Sourdough, $20

In this class, we bake a sourdough boule from start to finish using 3 sourdough batches at different stages so you see the entire process. You will taste a freshly baked piece of bread and go home with your own starter ready to begin baking your own sourdough bread! I am available to all of my students for help and support long after the class is over. I want you to succeed!!!
