Come join us as we explore the benefits and basic tecchniques of making fermented foods. We will make Fermented Giardiniera, Fermented Mayonnaise and Preserved Lemons. I may have other samples in my refrigerator for you to taste if you so desire. You will take home a pint sized jar of your own Giardiniera to get you started on your fermented food journey.
