Together we will explore the benefits and basic techniques of making fermented foods. We will make a jar of Fermented Giardiniera and jar of Fermented Mayonnaise. You will be able to taste and see any of the fermented foods I have in my small supply if you so desire. You will leave with a pint jar of your own Giardiniera to finish and enjoy at home.
