Come bake and taste a gluten free sourdough boule with me! Using several batches of bread at different stages of development you will see each critical point in the timeline. We will explore a little of the science behind the ingredients used to help you make good choices as you begin this journey. Gluten free ingredients can really add up in cost, so the more you understand, the better choices you will make to meet your individual needs. I will also teach you how to make your own starter. (I will be happy to send some of my starter home with you if you want to give it a try, but I cannot be sure how well it will work in a different environment. Please bring a small jar with you.)
