Sourdough Sandwich Bread

If you have mastered basic sourdough and are ready to try something new this workshop is for you! We will learn the differences between a basic sourdough bread and a sourdough sandwich bread. We will be working with 2 different styles, white bread and whole grain bread. We will prepare one bread together so you can see the process and ask questions. I will have a loaf of each for you to taste test!
