Basic Gluten Free Sourdough Bread
Come bake and taste a gluten free sourdough boule with me! Using several batches of bread at different stages of development you will see each critical point in the timeline. We will explore a little of the science behind the ingredients used to help you make good choices as you begin this journey. Gluten free ingredients can really add up in cost, so the more you understand, the better choices you will make to meet your individual needs. I have a rice fed starter that I will be happy to share with you. I will also teach you how to make your own starter.
