Fermented Foods Workshop $30
Together we will explore the benefits and basic techniques of making fermented foods. Follow along with me to make any of the four recipes I will demonstrate for you; Fermented Giardiniera, Fermented Salsa, Preserved Lemons, and Fermented Mayonnaise. You will need to do some advance prep for any of the recipes you want to make from the lists I provide. I will also demonstrate how to pasteurize eggs if you are concerned with the safety of raw eggs in making mayonnaise. To sign up email me at: middleroselife@gmail.com
