Fermented Foods Workshop

Together we will explore the benefits and basic techniques of making fermented foods. We will make Fermented Giardiniera, Fermented Salsa, Preserved Lemons and Fermented Mayonnaise. I will also demonstrate how to pasteurize eggs if you are concerned with the safety of raw eggs in making mayonnaise. You will leave with a pint jar of your own Giardiniera or Salsa to enjoy at home.
