Join me on Zoom as I make a gluten free boule. Better yet, email me your interest at least 2 weeks before the workshop and have a sourdough starter ready to make your dough along with me! I will have several batches of bread at different stages of development made in advance so you can see each critical point in the timeline. We will also explore a little of the science behind the ingredients used to help you make good choices as you begin this journey. Gluten free ingredients can really add up in cost, so the more you understand, the better choices you will make to meet your individual needs.
If you are signing up for the Zoom workshop, please remember to email me by Friday or Saturday June 7th and 8th so you can learn how to make your own gluten free starter in time for the workshop. You may still sign up for this workshop if you won’t be making bread with us and learn the process. You will be able to refer to this workshop after the class if you have attended.
The cost of this workshop is $45.00. You will receive a Zoom link a few days in advance to enter the workshop.
